My youngest was scheduled for a C section on the 22nd. Her son had other ideas. She went into labor last night and they did a C section delivery around midnight, so not sure yet whether he was technically born on the 6th or on the 7th. Either way we’ll keep him.
Talk about cutting it close… her baby shower was THURSDAY. She hadn’t even had time to put things away after the shower.
I was at the hospital until after Junior made his appearance, then came home and crumbled into bed because I’d been up for 24 hours at that point.
