We’re fine but it’s gonna be a bear to get to work today.  I made it home just barely before all Hell broke loose, and thank God where I live now I have covered parking so my car escaped the nastiness too.  We were among the lucky ones; only a very brief power outage, no busted windows and no flooding that got inside the apartment.  I did see some downed trees on the way home but didn’t get caught when the brunt of the storm got really nasty.

It’s still raining but at least nothing compared to yesterday afternoon!

Gotta go to work.  Ciao!
