Chair lifts are pretty pricey and they don’t help if the power goes out. Not something I’d want to consider, though if we already *had* a two story place it would be a different matter.

I guess it’s time to start thinking about a “Chairlift” fund. I have no idea what they cost, because I can still do stairs. Our stairs are really to narrow for a device that would have held Husband — he doesn’t have to do stairs in the nursing home.
